Strategic Plan

The Board of Directors has committed to the following strategic items as a pathway to achieving the following short & long term goals: 
  • Provide workshop opportunities to promote skills sharing and learning for members
  • Improve networking opportunities and affiliatiation with local area clubs. 
  • Focus on increased positive visibility in the Muskoka Community.
  • Create meaningful connections with the community that will translate into prosperity for our community.
  • Sustain the health and growth of the arts in our community through mentorship of students and emerging artists.
  •  Develop a business plan, a funding plan and a staffing strategy for the establishment of a  public gallery and art hub in Huntsville.
